Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Stayed for one night and enjoyed a spacious superior double room. The location is convenient, just minutes away from the main shopping area. However, I faced some issues with the staff communication and encountered noise during the night. A breakfast buffet with plenty of options was a highlight!

Just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Andorra la Vella with excellent value for money. The room was old fashioned, but it was clean and spacious enough to move around comfortably. Bring your own snacks, as there are limited dining options nearby.

We had an amazing group vacation! We explored the Caldea Spa and hit the slopes at Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort. The hotel was perfect for us with excellent facilities for children and a great breakfast. Make sure to check out the nearby duty-free shops and enjoy a stroll through the streets. Just a heads up, the parking can be a bit tricky to find.
The only downside was the coffee situation at breakfast. there was just one machine that led to long lines.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and clean rooms, making it enjoyable, but I was disappointed by the small spa area that can get quite noisy with kids, which detracted from relaxation. The breakfast was decent, but some items weren't served hot, which was a letdown.
